Service Description

Our IEM Servicing package covers everything needed to get your in-ears performing like new. thing something's not quite right with your customs? We'll happily take a look for you. We’ll carry out a full fault inspection, deep clean, and functionality test — including: - Deep clean your IEMs with removal of wax, debris or blockages. - Cable testing - Frequency response check (before and after service comparison) - Left and Right SPL checks - Summary of finding and advise for future maintenance. - Return postage included If we find a simple fault (e.g. internal blockage, corrosion on connectors), where possible this will be fixed it as part of this £100 service. If your IEMs require new components (e.g. a new cable or replacement filter or module), we’ll contact you with a quote before making any changes. Please be aware, DCA is not a repair centre so can't carry out work such as, driver replacement or fixing cracked shells, but we are able to help identify faults with IEMs and do what we can to keep you going on the road and potentially avoid a lengthy repair! However, if we find your In Ear Monitors require a more complex repair and therefore returning to the manufacturer, we’ll contact you straight away to either return your Customs to you, or arrange the repair for you. After checkout, we’ll send instructions for safely posting your IEMs to us alongside our booking invoice via email to reservce you space.
